- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had a nightmare of an experience buying an Armada from a used car dealer that ultimately needed a new engine. Thank God we purchased a warranty with ProGuard. They replaced the engine and worked well with our mechanic shop of choice. Steve, was ever so patient and diligent to answer any questions or concerns I had about our vehicle or the process of having it repaired. He literally must have spent hours on the phone with me with never so much as even a hint of annoyance with all of my questions/concerns. He truly is the epitome of quality customer service.
